"I've always considered myself a 'players coach' by trying to create a playing/training environment that players will enjoy. My coaching style is built simply around the idea that players want to be challenged, they want to see progress in their development, they want to be acknowledged for their ability but most importantly they want to enjoy the experience. As a coach, I always tried to develop the 'total' player, one that is technically proficient, confident in their abilities, can make quick decisions, aggressive in defense, and fearless when attacking with a high soccer IQ. There is an appropriate playing level for everyone who enjoys the game but that level must be determined by the individual. An intrinsic motivation must exist in each individual to create their own 'legacy.'"

Meet Cole, an exceptional talent from the valley who has made a mark in soccer. After four impressive years with Clovis East Men's Soccer, he took his skills to the collegiate level at Westmont College in Santa Barbara. As a team leader, Cole is dedicated to guiding his team towards a repeat PacWest Championship for the 25-26 season, while pursuing a business degree as a scholar athlete.
